V4 API Rate Limits Effective October 15

October 28th, 2026

Rate limits are being introduced for the V4 APIs in the Users and Drivers modules.

  • Requests per minute: 5 requests per minute, per endpoint, per CID.
  • Daily request limit: 1,400 requests per day.
  • Exceeded limits: Requests that exceed the applicable limits will receive an HTTP 429 Too Many Requests response.
