Authentication & Migration Notes
Azuga API v4 uses a modern OAuth 2.0 based authentication mechanism to securely generate access tokens.
What you need to know:
- If you are already using API v3, your existing v3 authentication token continues to work seamlessly with v4 APIs no changes are required. However, if you’d like to adopt the latest authentication mechanism, you can optionally generate a new access token using the V4 authentication APIs.
- If you are migrating from API v1 , v2 to v4, you must generate a new access token using the V4 authentication APIs, additional changes may be required. Please contact Azuga Support for guided assistance and best practices.
