Update SafetyCam settings for the authenticated customer's organizations for a specific vendor.
This endpoint updates organization-level settings that apply to all SafetyCam devices for the specified vendor,
unless overridden by device-specific settings.
Settings include device-level configurations (audio, recording, standby time) and event-level configurations (event categories and codes).
Only users with appropriate permissions can update settings.
